Five Ways To Use A Lip Tint Ft. Dr Lipp
We are officially obsessed with our Dr. Lipp Natural Moisturising Colour Lip Tint* - every single one of us at Roccabox HQ have added these magic little balms to our handbag must haves. Packed with superfood plant pigments, this natural balm is perfect for polishing all your lips and bits to a sexy pink tint. Formulated from their Original Nipple Balm, it’s super moisturising and compatible with our skins natural oils, so no nasty side effects.
We love a product that can do it all, and lip tint is definitely not a one trick pony. So, we’ve rounded up all of our favourite new uses for the pink stuff - thank us later.
Ultimate Ombre Lips
The K-Beauty ombre lip gradient has taken Insta by storm, and we can see why. Simply add a touch of lipstick to the centre of your lips (one or two shades darker than your tint), then blend out with your tint. Use your finger to create a natural gradient, and perfect the edges with a cotton bud. Gorgeous, glossy and effortless - thank us later.
On The Go Cuticle Balm
Expensive cuticle balm and regular mani’s are all well and good - but, when you’re in need of a quick cuticle fix, look no further. Simply massage a drop of Dr. Lipp around dry cuticles for an instant pick me up. And don’t worry, the pigment in Dr. Lipp’s Tint is all natural so won’t stain your fingers.
Rosy Cheek Stain
Look no further for the ultimate rosy glow. Simply add a touch to the back of your hand, then blend into the apples of your cheeks with your fingers. The heat will melt the balm and create a gorgeous, dewy flush without looking streaky or sweaty. And, top tip - if you want your highlighter to seriously pop, add a touch of Dr. Lipp balm to your highpoints and layer your highlighter over the top. Say hello to a knockout glow in seconds.
Lazy Girls Lip Scrub
For extra kissable lips, simply apply a generous layer of lip balm and gently buff away any dry, dead skin with a new, soft bristled toothbrush. The scrub will stimulate circulation in your lips, leaving them looking extra plump and juicy. When you’re done, clean away any excess, pat dry and slick on another layer of tint - you’re good to go.
Glossy Eye Glam
Wet-look lids are the ultimate dewy update to your date night glam. Remember to prep, prime, and don’t be afraid to experiment. Either blend a tinted balm over your lid alone, or layer over a cream shadow. And be bold - we love a smokey pink eye teamed with a matte red lip. Try out new texture and colour combinations, and don’t panic if it creases - because glossy shadow will crease! Simply buff over your lid with your ring finger for instant, glossy perfection.
