Shipping policy

Please note, we aim to dispatch any orders placed within 3-5 working days on business working days. 

If your Royal Mail parcel has not turned up within 15 working days please contact our customer care team.

If your DPD parcel has not arrived within 2 working days please contact info@roccabox.co.uk as an investigation needs to be raised.

Royal Mail only declares a parcel missing 15 working days after dispatch, please email info@roccabox.co.uk if your parcel has not arrived and we will be able to contact Royal Mail and investigate this further.

If your parcel is shown as delivered but still missing please check 'safe place' areas for your parcel or it could be with a neighbour.

If you are still unable to find your box in these places please contact your local Royal Mail delivery office regarding the issue, so they can advise where the parcel was left using the delivery drivers GPS scanner to cross reference the location.
