Refund policy

Returns

If you wish to return your box, please email us on info@roccabox.co.uk before sending it back to us. We will endeavour to sort out your problem as best we can first.

How to return your box

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the box being delivered.

To return your product, please enclose your order number and re-send it back to:

Gener8 Beauty Ltd T/A ROCCABOX, Unit A62 Red Scar Industrial Estate, Longridge Road, Preston, PR2 5ND

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (please keep your proof of postage). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping cost will be deducted.

What to do if your item is damaged

If your item is damaged please take a photo of the product and send us an email on info@roccabox.co.uk and we will do our best to come to a solution.

Cancellations

In order to cancel your subscription, you will need to do so by the 20th of the previous month. You are unable to cancel any order that has already been processed or dispatched.

Please note, that if you provide wrong or out of date card details - we will continue to try to charge your card up to 6 times until successful. This means that if you update your card details halfway through the month, you will be charged.

Late or missing items

If you haven’t received your box yet, first check your bank account to see that payment has been taken. Secondly please check the Royal Mail tracking number on your account to find the location of your order.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your order yet, please contact us at info info@roccabox.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

Your statutory rights
