In The Beauty Cupboard With... The Sunday Girl
We are SO excited to introduce your July Roccabox curator: the beauty guru that is The Sunday Girl. Her website is basically a beauty bible: a unique compilation of in-depth, honest, unbiased product reviews uploaded DAILY. Yes, daily. So, we knew we could trust The Sunday Girl to give us products that she genuinely has feelings for and she didn’t disappoint. Here we find out some more of Adrienne's beauty secrets...
Current lust-have?
I'm a fragrance fiend and topping my "yet to buy list" is Lola James Harper Together Again Eau de Toilette and Tom Daxon Salvia Scalera Eau de Parfum, at the moment I find myself gravitating towards more niche brands, in the never ending quest of finding my signature scent.
Current must-have?
Sunday Riley C.E.O Moisturiser - it smells delicious, leaves my skin hydrated, protected and super plump. I've been using it alongside Sunday Riley Martian Melting Water-Gel Toner and my skin has never looked better. I also have no problem admitting that I am a sucker for the beautiful, colourful packaging of the brand.
Beauty muse?
At the moment I really admire Romee Strijd's (Victoria Secret Model) style, she always looks fresh, well groomed and perfectly tanned, not to mention she has the most wonderful shade of blonde hair.
First ever make-up item:
I honestly can't recall, I've been toying around with make-up since I was old enough to walk - it's always been an obsession. I definitely went through the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse and concealer lips phase and didn't really discover the power of a well shaped brow until much later than the average person.
Skin-deep beauty tip:
Water, listening to your skin and leaving blemishes alone to heal naturally.
I’m most excited by…
The prospective of Autumn, as an oily skinned person the Summer really doesn't play to well with my skin nor make-up. I'm looking forward to rusty and rich toned palettes and the joy of not watching my make-up melt off before 12pm!
