Dream Skin Ritual Box

I have been receiving Roccobox for years and always look forward to receiving it. I have to get to it first before my 17 year old daughter gets her hands on it. However, I threw away most of the Dream Skin Ritual box. The three face creams/oils all had a horrible smell as if they were out of date. They actually made me gag putting them on. My daughter thought the same so I just threw them in the bin as I just couldn’t get past the smell. Disappointing but I’ve never had issues over the years and will continue to receive them.

What is ROCCABOX?

ROCCABOX is a deluxe beauty box filled with a minimum of 5 (and often more) of the hottest, latest and most talked-about beauty products, strictly from premium luxe and leading beauty brands. Here’s the thing: we have an in-house team of beauty experts and every month they use their VIP access and industry knowledge to jump the waiting lists and bring you the cosmetics - skincare, bodycare, haircare, make-up and fragrance - that have got all the beauty editors in a spin.

What products will I receive?

Our lips are sealed! Every month is a mystery - but that’s all part of the fun! Both our monthly boxes and our limited edition boxes are themed, with a genius mix of goodies following that theme, and always contain a minimum of five products, from strictly-deluxe brands. What we can also guarantee is that every single product is beauty expert approved: and trust us, our beauty team know their stuff.

How does the subscription work?

You can sign up for a £15 ‘pay-as-you-go’ rolling subscription, where you’re charged monthly. Or, you can opt for a 3, 6 or 12-month contract paid upfront – great as a gift!

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time (before the 20th cut-off date) on the rolling 1 month subscription. If you’re on this subscription, just log into your ROCCABOX account to cancel. We’d be really sad to see you go, though. You must cancel your subscription before the 20th of the month (when payment is taken), or you will be billed and receive your box. For example, this means that to opt out of a September box, you would need to cancel by 20th August. For the pre-paid subscriptions, you’ll commit to the minimum term agreed.

Are there any hidden costs?

Nope! Honesty is the best policy. The box costs £15 per month (bargain), plus postage, which is £3.95 per box.
